MSClean and comfortable basic hotel in a fabulous location staff at the front desk, breakfast room and housekeeping pleasant and friendly. the front desk staff was especially helpful and friendly!the room was spacious , clean , quiet with great air conditioning. a bit more attention to the details and amenities , such as an extra towel or two, pillow, nicer blanket , would elevate the experience.8.3Recommended -

GREAT LOCATION, GOOD ROOMThe location for this hotel could not have been better. walking distance to quite a bit and very close to the metro. room was small but worked well for what was needed - stiff bed and fairly flat pillow. only real negative is a compromised credit card (not at the hotel) ended up causing a headache for the reservation and instead of emailing through the hotel\'s email address, it came from a personal email which got sent to spam and only got a phone call with a \"if we don\'t hear from you in 1 hour, the reservation is canceled\" while we were in the air. would have been nice for a call a day or two ahead of time since most people don\'t check their spam folders while on vacation for missed emails from unknown people.9.2Recommended -
